SCORE Counseling Services are Free and Confidential to potential, new and experienced Small Business Owners by appointment.

3 E-Z STEPS TO SCHEDULE A COUNSELING SESSION

A Request for Counseling application is required for SCORE Counseling. Your completed application Form 641 Part I & II works to determine the nature of the counseling sought. An initial face-to-face counseling session provides a way for the business person to meet SCORE volunteers and determine how SCORE can help.

Step 1: Determine what location in Western Massachusetts you seek Counseling.

Step 2: Call or Email the selcted location to schedule your appointment.

Step 3: Complete the Form 641 Part I & II (click to complete) and submit to our SCORE system.

SCORE Counselors sign a Code of Ethics Statement annually and honor this code to maintain high standards of excellence in professionalism and confidentiality among Clients and Counselors.  SCORE continuously works to improve its impact and has an on-line feedback system which provides ongoing client comments on their counseling experience.

SATISFACTORY RESULTS

SCORE Client's have the option to continue counseling services for multiple sessions with the same Counselor(s) or different Counselor(s) depending on their specific interests toward a specific goal.  Follow-up counseling is highly encouraged to promote continuity, progress and accountability.  Matching Counselor's backgrounds with Client needs is mutually beneficial and helps achieve satisfactory results.
