SCORE volunteers provide confidential 60 minute counseling services at no cost to discuss your particular plans and needs. These sessions may be scheduled at 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00 AM, Monday through Thursday; or at other times to accommodate a client's needs. Depending upon our assessment, counseling can be scheduled before or after you attend a pertinent workshop session. We are also geared to provide "follow up" counseling for all clients who wish ongoing assistance in starting or running their business.

Counseling sessions are held at the Chapter Office in Springfield and at neighborhood offices in Indian Orchard and the Western New England College main campus. Additionally, satellite locations in Agawam, Pittsfield, Northampton and Greenfield offer convenient venues for people living in other regions of Western Massachusetts. As appropriate, counseling can also be scheduled at the client's place of business. Counseling is also available for persons interested in starting or running non-profit enterprises.
